Okay. So this weekend I move my things to my drummers place with the help of ~spawnofbill And if it is at all possible, I want to see my best friend, ~gooseofthegrey, but if I'm jsut too tired or busy, then it will have to wait.

Broken Red now has a new song. We finished up "Knock me down" with some music on Tuesday night, and can't wait to play it for our friends.

June 10th- open mic night/acoustic show

July 12th- Midtown Tavern

I know that we want to play a few more gigs in there somewhere. Might try to pop in to a spot at The Local again, and while the bassist researches clubs to play in Chattanooga, TN, I am researching Savannah, Ga, and I think the drummer and his wife are looking into North Carolina gigs. Hoping to maybe get into a few festivals too.

June 13th through 20th will see me over in Edinburgh, Scotland to support *Ligacheva at his exhibition, and possibly help out with packing and moving. After all, one can never have too many hands to help. It will be great to see him again and have time to hang out, and awesome to be back in the UK (*sigh* ah, home.)^_^ ~EternalLullaby will probably be meeting me there, and possibly *BenJBoyle I also might hop on a train out to Glasgow to go see ~bladderpains and *JJPhotography. Yay for fellow deviants!

I've been spending alot of time in Savannah, with ~gooseofthegrey lately, and its been fun. I've been taking my daughter to the beach while he's at work, and it's been good to know that my being there to offer emotional support has really been helping him out. He seems happier now that he has motivation to work towards. It's also been helping my sanity quite a bit too. Going to a place where life is a little slower, a little simpler, and alot more fulfilling, and the emotional support that he gives me in return. It also gives me a chance to spend time with my daughter in a place where my cell phone dosent work, so no one can interrupt us or provide me with distractions (lord knows its easy to distract me)

After living with the drummer over the sumer, i am hoping that the pay raise I get from work will afford me the capability to rent my own little apartment in Historic Roswell.

So... things are looking up. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, its jsut a matter of getting a bit of work done.

Well, The next few weeks sees me moving, prepping for the next gig, and working like crazy to achieve all the goals I want to.

I resolved one morning a few weeks ago when I woke up to "fix this crap" and that's precisely what I am doing.

So far the band has had two shows, and we are doing really well for only being together for a little over a month. We had our second gig last night, and =aidon came down for it, and took me out to dinner afterwards. Was really cool to meet anotehr fellow deviant.

~spawnofbill was there to take photos as he will be for probably ALL of our shows. I do believe he has managed to secure himself a spot as our photographer. I highly recommend checking out all of his work, his use of lighting is phenominal. I've done a photo shoot with him also, and you can see three of the photos resulting in hi gallery.. I'm the one in the gas mask. It was a fun shoot, and I really look forward to doing another so that *maybe* I can build up a portfolio and see if i can't try giving modeling a shot.

Most of the photos I've taken recently have been little scrap shots at shows or silly things on my cell phone... But i've a plan to do a shoot based around goldfish crackers here at some point soon... Maybe I can even get Pepperidge Farm to use my photos in advertising? We'll see. It will be fun no matter the outcome.

I'll probably have some photos to post soonish, I know i've been checking messages, but have been so busy lately that not much has made it up here... that should change over time.

So things are completely insane around here atm.

I've got alot of things I'm working out right now... my wireless card is kaput, so I can't access the net at home..

Lots and lots of changes to be made and with the show coming up, that makes for a fair bit of stress.. But I have some wonderfulyl supportive friends, and an amazing family... its jsut a matter of getting it all straightened out...

lets hope I can manage to come out of it totally unscathed! lol
